Feeding Problems

Hi,

I'm new to this forum and only been active on one other forum, so...please bear with me.:o

Fergy, my poodle was diagnosed with a high number. He is 7 yrs. old and was raised on "human" food and lots of doggie treats but mostly IAMS with cut chicken mixed in.

We're still working on...almost got the number nailed tho...on how much Vetsulin he gets twice a day, every 12 hrs.

My problem, Fergy is now tired of strictly dog food and won't eat enough at meal time to take his shot. Open for suggestions... Thank you.
