Re: RECALL: Brands under Recall Expands Substantially

Thanks for the Recall information! I have been seriously considering a switch to the Premium Edge dog food because it is so highly rated on Dogfoodadvisor.com

Is there usually any follow up information posted if these problems get remedied? I'm not sure I'd actually trust it but just wondered if the company gets a chance to make it right.

    Glad I didn't switch!

Just received an email about MORE recalled brands. Looks like a lot are being recalled just in case but I'd be careful no matter what.

I was very suprised that I received an e-mail from Wellness about the pet food recalls. Thankfully I feed the Wellness Core Reduced Fat not this one, but still...

New foods are being voluntarily recalled almost daily. Please see the Recalls page a FDA for ongoing information.

Has anyone tried the Raw dog food diet for their pups? I'm reading that this raw food diet may help control the ups and downs for BG levels....if anyone has tried it please let me know...Thanks, Yolanda

Re: RECALL: Brands under Recall Expands Substantially

Foods are being added to this Recall almost daily - presumably every dry dog food made at Diamond's plant is going to be recalled.

I am shifting this topic over to the Everything Else forum. Please post any additional updates in that thread.
