Hello...For those of you who are new to me, as I am to you, and for those who are treasured friends, I want to say thank you for your support during this difficult time!
Losing a family pet is a road I have never traveled, and needless to say, the road these past 2 weeks has been bumpy, and painful. But along the way, I have found comfort and support from old friends, and those who I hope to get to know better, esp. on this forum as I read your kind posts.
Bud was 13 1/2, and ready to move on down this road, and gain along the way, a healthy body, and two healthy eyes that he previously had learned to live without these past 6 years. That knowledge and the images it gives me brings me peace and comfort.
I hope to join in the discussions and tell Bud's story in the weeks to come as I gain the strength. Bud's story is a great one...and gives hope and meaning to the newly diagnosed pet. That is what I want his little life to stand for, and with time, I can find the strength I need to share it.
THANK YOU all again, and best wishes to you and your pets.
I will post soon...
