Do you home test? If so, and the numbers are higher significantly, it might mean you need a new bottle. insulin can become ineffective if the bottle is dropped too hard. Just keep an eye out.

Maggie was on a glucosamine supplement - it was a beefy like chew we got from the vet. It never seemed to affect her sugar and it did seem to improve her movement.

I inject Maggie down her back but to the side(never over the spine). I did use and was told to use the scruff but it was painful for Maggie and absorption is not good there.

Are you looking for kibble or canned or a combination? I would look for something moderate in protein, lower in fat, moderate fiber. Some look for a low fat food because of the risk of pancreatitis....
