I heard swimming is helpful . Some have said acupuncture works . Other have said CBD oil was helpful . Of course there are joint supplements . Adding anything to the diet could affect blood sugar but...

well switching food can change the regulation process so you probably need a reset. its possible you may need less or more insulin maybe it will be the same
