Default RECALL Soloxine thyroid supplement

Virbac U.S. announced it is conducting a voluntary product recall on four lots of SOLOXINE® (levothyroxine sodium) Thyroid Supplement due to low potency.

Veterinarians are being notified through their preferred distributors to check their clinic pharmacy for the affected product lots listed below. The lot number is listed on the side of the bottle in a text field on the product label. If clinics have affected product, they are directed to contact their distributor to make arrangements for return of the recalled product.

Affected strengths and lot numbers:

* SOLOXINE 0.2 mg - lot number 100775
* SOLOXINE 0.3 mg - lot number 100342
* SOLOXINE 0.6 mg - lot numbers 100739 and 091277

Please note, this recall affects only these specific lots – no other products are affected by this recall.
