I'm so sorry to hear this. I loved spunky Eddie stories. It's so hard but you know you did right by hm. Speak when you feel up to it. But know he loves you and thanks you!

I just got chills when I saw this. He was such a loved dog and could not have had a better life or a better mom.

Sending love and hugs to you through my tears. Judi

You gave him the best final gift, may your memories help ease the sorrow. Thank you for sharing, may we all be as brave as you in keeping those promises

So sorry, jj, my eyes got moist as soon as I saw this. Eddie & you and Otis & myself found this forum about the same time and I've followed your journey closely.

Eddie couldn't have hoped for a better mom and caregiver which I'm sure he knew. He'll be waiting for you at the bridge. You have my deepest condolences and Godspeed to Eddie.

I am so, so sorry to hear about Eddie. I'm sure that Sparky and his friends met Eddie at the Bridge, showed him around, and shared some of his best high fat, high sugar treats with him.
