    This might be a dumb question, but are the half-unit syringes (BD) 5/16", 31 gauge, 3/10 cc the same as the syringes with the same specifications only without the addition of half unit increments?

    Yes, same thing just without the 1/2u marks.

      A syringe that many of us use are the ReliOn brand, available at Walmart or Sams Clubs, $12.58/100.
