Sadly Bart has passed away

I am so sorry to report that our small munsterlander Bart has passed away on the last day of the year. In the netherlands we call it : oudejaarsavond.
There was fireworks in our neighbourhood all evening from 18.00 hours. He was very afraid and stressed.On 22.00 hour we put him in the car for a last pee. We went to a place outside the village.
so he could do a pee there. we walked about 5 minutes at the lease. Then a wobbeled on his legs and fell down. His hart stopped.! We are so sad. He was 11 and a half years old. Thanks all of you and your story's. It helped us so much to regulate his diabetes. He had it for 3.5 years.
