Sorry I've not been here for the last few days. My springer had TCC, bladder cancer. I had to put TJ down. It was heart breaking and much too soon after Forbin. I knew it was terminal and inoperable but was hoping that the meds would work on him. They didn't and his tumor continued to grow to the point that he wanted to be out constantly. he would just pace and pace. Horrible disease. I rescued TJ when he was 3. He was 13 this year. I'll miss him.

So much in such a short period. Not that's it's any easier over a longer period of time, but losing TJ so soon after Forbin...I'm so very sorry, Peggy. Several years ago, we lost all 3 of our pets in 2 months time and it felt very overwhelming. It's kind of amazing we all continue to open our hearts to more pets. But they give so much during their short stays with us, how could we not?

Oh Peggy... I'm so very sorry to hear this. It is an awful lot to ask of you to have to deal with two losses so close together, just heartbreaking.

Peggy, I'm so sorry that you've lost another pet so soon after Forbin....your house must seem very strange and lonely right now. I'm glad Forbin was there to greet TJ but know that it doesn't make it much easier for your family. Please take care,

I am so sorry to hear you have lost TJ. What a terrible month for you, my heart goes out to you, it is very heartbreaking.

There is one thing I do know you are a great Dog Mum and you nursed them well.

What a tremendous loss in such a short time. I lost my two older girls 6 months apart. I'm sure Shadow and Coco welcomed TJ just like they welcomed Forbin.
