Walmart Insulin, clear and cloudy...

Just switched to the Walmart branded Insulin from Walgreens. Noticed that the bottom is half clear and half cloudy until rolled. Did not notice this with the insulin from Walgreens. Is this normal?

Should be okay once rolled to mix it up then inject

the insulin I use vetsilin is the same just gently shake it and its fine
I'm very jealous you can go into a big store and just buy it! I live in Ireland and everything has to go through the vet
