That tells you a whole lot about a person who even thinks like that.

Wow 32. That is sweet. Monkey will be 13 in May. He was a pound puppy I don't know the exact date. I am 58. I had a 11 yr and a 2 yr old when I was your age. That would have been hard to be home all the time even if it was just at nght. Almost impossible.

My husband gets mad at me because we have to schedule everything around him but he does love him too. My other one has severe separation anxiety so she goes almost every where I go but Monkey gets very upset if you take him even down the street so he stays here.

Monkey is at 440 right now and I expect he will go higher. I think I'll feed them around 5 at the latest and give him his shot and then go from there. It really bothers me that he has to endure this because I didn't pay attention. I really don't think there was anything in the syringe. The older I get it seems the less I focus.

Diane Monkey ate chocolate pepperment bark at Christmas one time. He may have eaten almost two bags of it and sugar coated pecans! Unless he buried them I only found the plastic from one bag.

i'm not really sure how old he was. i found him playing on my lawn! nobody claimed him, so he stayed. he was a part of the family from the minute he stepped foot out there. that was in 1997. the vet he could have been around 1 or 2 yo. so in all reality he could 18-20 years now.

Would taking Monkey a walk make those numbers better or worse? It confuses me. I know he drops when I take him a walk usually but that is with food and insulin. Will it drop since he just had food and no insulin or will that just make him go higher?

Good job keeping him moving this long. My sister-in-laws dog just died at 19 and she never took her to the vets and she never used flea medication. Most of the time the dog just stayed in the house. She was a little pekingnese mix.

Wow, see I would of freaked! Sometimes I feel like following her around the yard to see if she is digging up an old bone or something but I keep telling myself (you have to let it go and relax) It is most difficult. Please don't beat yourself up today. It is ok, It really is.

She would take her with her sometimes when she visited but not very often.

I used to think Monkey was eating things in the yard and sometimes I wonder if he still is. My other dog eats any kind of poop except Monks drives me crazy. We have been working on that and she pretty much has stopped now. She likes rabbit poop, goose poop, dog poop (only certain dogs), and especially cat poop.

19, wow that's great! casey and nibbles never had a problem at all when they were young. i think the both went to the every couple years for check-ups and shots. they stayed in the house too and the yard.

a nice walk should lower his sugar
